Using the enclosed spoon, add powder to lukewarm water. Stir until fully dissolved. Consume immediately. Powder can also be added to food.
Children ages 3-12 years old are recommended to take 1 gram (1 level spoon) daily or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Read the label and follow directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. No refrigeration required.
